Yet another spring/summer season is here, and one thing's for sure; STRIPES are back! Or did they never go away?
The nautical look was made fashionable by Coco Chanel in the 20's. The fashion icon was having an affair with the Duke of Westminister- a huge yachting fan. After taking note of those around her on her holidays, it wasn't long before this sailor attire was brought to the runway. Coco wore wide-leg pants and striped boat-neck shirts....these styles, along with our love for neutral, navy & nautical- inspired pieces...we're so ready!
What does Sassanova have to contribute to this look?

Kate Spade "Nicolina" nautical sweater, $195.

Kate Spade "Violetta" shirt dress, $375.

Tory Burch "Tevray", $325

Kate Spade "Violetta" shirt dress, $375.
And if we could make one small suggestion- while you're sporting your navy and white striped t, don't over-do it with your Sperry top-siders! (duh!) Instead, stick with a good neutral, or navy! (of course, so many choices at SASSANOVA, but here are a few of our favorites for this look!)

Tory Burch "Tevray", $325
Calypso St. Barth, "Linette" dress. Believe us, these pics do NO justice for this dress! LOVE! $256.

Kate Spade "Wish" espadrille with rope bow. $225.

MZ Wallace "Ava," canvas with black sequins.
